A work of art, something rare if not unique. It must be stored carefully so as not to compromise its integrity.

Prêt-a-porter should be sewn to the shirt: the least safe place to keep the work.

Whoever wears it becomes the guardian of the work and therefore contributes to its permanence and public presence.

The wearer becomes the base.
