Car(t)ne

I wanted to create pictorial-plastic bodies that would allow me to overcome the pure confrontation with painting. I was trying to transform pictorial skin into the epidermis of a more complex body.

Using shoe cream, I transformed the paper into leather protecting it from the elements.

When I exhibit the work, I go over the polish on the surfaces in order to keep them soft and well cared for.
