(The opposition of the thumb)

The thumb that rebels against the rest of the hand and refuses to fit into the golden rectangle that holds the other four fingers. A finger that chooses an independent path and does not accept the parallel conformity to the other fingers.

This disobedience, the opposition to the rest of the hand, allows the thumb to develop a comparison with the other fingers, thus giving rise to an archetypal instrument useful for the increasingly elaborate manipulation of matter, also and above all aimed at the creation of other instruments.
